Vintage postcards have a sweet, nostalgic feeling about them. My favorite postcard I have received was from my grandmother who sent me a loving note while at the Grand Canyon. I became inspired by this old card and wanted to keep these memories alive. I aimed to recreate vintage postcards- but with a more modern design. This was translated onto Jacquard fabric and woven with a lot of love and a longing to see all of these places someday.
